Dear little Maggie, a rescued BLM donkey that lives in Washington, suffered great sorrow in having her family torn apart. She closed herself off from bonding with the other rescued animals in her herd, but eventually, over time, she began to trust them. Within this trust, she finally felt safe, developing strong partnerships and friendships with the others in her new home.
