Sam was my ultimate heart horse, the greatest teacher I’ve ever had. He taught me that the only moment in life, was this one….to be present and aware, to be congruent with my thoughts, to find balance and harmony in all of life. I still, to this day, think about him and what he would have shown me in my state of now. He was a shining star, one whose light burned so bright.
