We all need someone who makes us feel safe.

One of many rescued PMU mares, that were pregnant at the time of rescue, gave birth to a foal while in the hands of their caring rescuers. Because they were adopted into a loving home, these two were given the opportunity to go through birth, nursing, and the natural course of weaning that many of the mares were not while owned by the PMU production farms.
